• Physical participation in scientific activities, access to the exhibition area, final program book and certificate of attendance
• VAT (20%) shall be added to the prices (registration fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges, and duties levied. Z Event is entitled to shift the probable tax, due, and charge changes.
• All registration fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Z Event before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make a change to the registration in case of incomplete fee payments.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS of REGISTRATION

• Cancellation requests for registration must be communicated to Z Event and organization by e-mail to the address [email protected]
• Cancellation requests made until June 2, 2023, will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs.
• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date June 2, 2023. It will be possible to make name changes until the latest June 2, 2023. Congress Organization Committee and Z Event do not accept any responsibility for any changes after the very date.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the organization.
